Clare has been with the company for over 5 years but has previously spent 15 years in publishing. Clare, like many staff members at Bakers, was introduced to the company through a fellow employee at Bakers. Her role includes developing people and she describes it as ‘rewarding and occasionally challenging’. Her favourite part of Bakers is the people, and she is guaranteed to be on the dancefloor (usually Irish dancing) during one of our social events.
