Our BakPac sales team is expanding with the introduction of a new Technical Sales and Customer Service role

We’re looking for someone that can provide print and flexible packaging technical expertise to the sales team, ensuring accurate quoting for clients. This involves reviewing customer enquiries and artwork to identify potential issues, communicating effectively with customers, and ensuring a smooth transition of information from quote to order.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the Technical Sales and Customer Service Support role include assisting the sales team in accurately quoting clients, communicating with customers on a technical level to ensure the best service, and liaising with admin to ensure a smooth transition from quote to order.

The role also involves confidently quoting and raising orders, investigating customer NCRs to provide corrective actions, and ensuring accurate processing of orders. Staying updated on new print and finishing processes within the business is also a key aspect of the role.

The overall purpose is to provide the highest level of customer service and technical sales support, ensuring that all enquiries and orders are handled accurately and efficiently, and that customer expectations are consistently met.
