We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our sales estimating team.

About the Role
As an Estimator, you’ll play a key part in our customer service and sales process, working closely with the CSR team to provide accurate, timely quotes that balance customer expectations with production realities. Your work will directly contribute to the company’s profitability and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Estimating: Provide accurate, commercially sound quotations while ensuring company sales strategies are followed.
- Customer Support: Collaborate with the CSR team to handle enquiries from existing customers and key accounts.
- Enquiry Management: Keep the enquiry list updated daily and assist with ad hoc tasks as required by the Commercial Manager.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail.
- Skilled in balancing profitability with customer satisfaction.
- A team player who can support others within the estimating team.
- Able to deliver under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Experience in estimating or a related role is beneficial, but we’re open to training the right person with a strong commercial mindset.
