About: Phil joined Bakers with 30 years of label production experience. The majority of these have been at management level in charge of all aspects of label printing including planning, commericial, technical and operations. “Do it once and do it well” is his mindset for his role managing the development of BakPac as a thriving part of Bakers, from factory refurbishment and machine installation through to customer and team development. Away from work Phil is a keen runner and rower (when he gets the chance!)
