About: Phil has been a part of Baker’s team since he started on Hot Blocking over 30 years ago. Having been involved with the installation of each new machine Bakers has invested in since then, he is now integral to the production team and to the millions of labels we produce each year.  His valuable experience ensures  the smooth running of  the factory floor.  For Phil no two days are the same and he thrives on the variety and challenge of overseeing the daily issues Bakers faces.

Anything conforming to BS5609 (he’ll stick with you no matter what).
