We have a new job opportunity for a Labels and Packaging Trainee Technical role.

Baker Labels is an established trade label manufacturer based in Brentwood, Essex. We work closely with other printers, both label and commercial, print managers and packaging companies to produce the highest standard of work for their customers.

The successful candidate for this Trainee role will learn how we create our customers’ amazing products from start to finish taking in: printing and finishing techniques, materials knowledge and artwork preparation. We are committed to an in depth training programme.

The role is predominantly admin based but will include a lot of hands on learning within our factories. Good commercial and customer care awareness would also be of benefit.

Alongside training you would be working on the technical planning of work as it comes through the business. Your abilities in this function will grow with your knowledge and understanding.

This is a full-time in-person role, weekdays 8:30am – 5pm.
