We are looking for a caretaker at our facility in Brentwood.
Are you a responsible and dedicated individual who takes pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We are currently seeking a full-time caretaker to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and smooth operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning of the factory and toilets and maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the premises
- Helping the maintenance team if required
- Maintain outdoor areas, including car park and gardening
- Roof/gutter cleaning and repairs using a man safe harness
- Window cleaning
- Assist with setting up and arranging spaces for events, meetings, or other activities as needed
- Assist with waste management and recycling efforts.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar caretaker or maintenance role is preferred but not necessary
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques for facilities.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of individuals.
• Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
This is a full-time position.
