We’re on the lookout for a despatch operator to join our brilliant BakPac team in Brentwood.
BakPac is a leading player in the packaging industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality flexible packaging solutions.
If you’re hardworking, reliable, and love being a part of a great team, then we want to hear from you! You’ll be responsible for handling daily goods, working with couriers and hauliers, and safely operating material handling equipment. We need someone who’s physically fit, great with communication, and pays attention to detail. If this sounds like you, we’d love to have you on board!
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving and sending goods daily.
- Liaising with couriers and hauliers.
- Operate material handing equipment safely and effectively
- Applicant must be hard working, reliable and a team player.
Skills and experience required
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties on a day to day basis
- Receptive to training and continuous improvement
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative, as well as be a good team player
- Attention to detail
- Methodical worker
